Visibility isn't vanity. It's infrastructure. It's the difference between a grassroots mentorship program closing its doors and securing the grant that keeps it alive. It's the difference between a grandmother's recipes being lost and becoming a tangible legacy for future generations. It's the difference between a Black-owned bakery struggling in silence and thriving because the community finally knows they exist.
We build visibility as a tool for equity. The people doing the most important work often have the least access to design, strategy, and storytelling support. That's not an accident, it's a gap we're here to close.
